I just got to thinking about stuff that’s been making me pleased recently.

• Seeing the boyfriend’s band get really good reviews for their new album. This badboy has been a fucking long time in the making and a lot of work and I’m so proud of them because I really think it’s a great album.

• Changes in my career. I no longer work at Scribbler but am going full time at Lush as of Friday. It’s really exciting and I’m just pleased that they think I’m good enough to go full time.

• Generally just really happy with the boyfriend. I thought that tour would be horrible, but apart from one minor meltdown (from me) we’ve been OK. He’s been amazing and I’ve been keeping a lid on my mental ways. I’m just really happy.

• We’re planning Christmas and I’ve bought all my Christmas presents already. Or nearly all, I have some bits to get for boyfriend, and a t-shirt for my brother to make or find and I’m making everyone stockings but that’s it! Done! Awesome.
